Vince's scarf is done! Yay!

Coming along

Vince's scarf is coming along nicely. I took it to Geeks Who Drink trivia last night. Nothing like knitting and beer. People seemed really interested/confused/amused to see someone sitting there knitting. Some guy even came over to ask me how long it takes to knit a scarf. I just said 8 hours because there is no real way to answer that question.

Whirlwind

I went to Indiana this past weekend for Lauren's wedding. It was a gorgeous ceremony and I was so happy that I was able to go.

Cynthia was my savior. She drove me around and took me to a great LYS: Knitting Off Broadway. They had some really great sock yarns - too bad I'm not a sock knitter. Cynthia got this really cool yarn called Flat Feet. I got some Misti Alpaca Lace in pale, pale blue and pale, pale green.

I got back this morning and I'm so tired, I could fall over. I'm going to stare at the TV and knit Vince's scarf.
